Spread Love and Spread Light We have the choice whenever we interact with someone to build them up or tear them down. I’ve been trying to build intention right from the morning to build as many people up as possible, to help as many people as possible. I think the next step is for me to quantify it, like through this podcast; my goal is to help as many people as possible, but I’m thinking I should quantify it. I want to help at least 150 students this month alone.
